Public Rights of Way
As will have been seen from the evidence for the Assets of Community Value application, (especially Annex B) there are a number of very well established footpaths around the boundary and across the field that are not designated public rights of way (PROW).
Given the number of statements of truth and letters of support that have been received in support of the Assets of Community Value Application as well as the physical evidence from the photographs - particularly the Google Earth images showing these paths are visible from space - BNG have made an application to the County Council, being the highway authority, for additional adopted footpaths to be included on the Definitive Map.
You can view much the supporting documentation to this Definitive Map Modification Order which is now in process and our recent successful application for the Asset of Community Value by clicking here.
